Artwork description:

I have recently discovered the beauty of photographing flowers in ice. Depending on how the ice cracks as it melts, a variety of different effects come into sight. The flowers are softened and have an ethereal beauty. The paper used for printing the flower work is a Giclee cotton, matt watercolour type, mould made paper. It is very delicate to handle and needs to be framed with care. The finished product appears to be an art print rather than a photograph.

Materials used:

Printed on to a cotton, matt watercolour type, mould made paper
