Cambridge Original Printmakers Biennale 2016 - call out for artists!

Cambridge Original Printmakers Biennale 2016 - call out for artists!

We’re delighted to announce that we're working with Cambridge Original Printmakers, an independent collective of printmakers founded by Artfinder artist Anthony Hopkinson along with printmakers Sue Jones and Jo Tunmer in 2014.

Cambridge Original Printmakers Biennale is an exhibition of hand-pulled prints which takes place every two years in Cambridge, UK.

Are you a printmaker based in East Anglia?

Since 2014, Artfinder Artist Kate Heiss has joined the organising team, and now we're looking for more East Anglia based printmakers to submit work for the 2016 event, which will take place from Thursday 22 September - Wednesday 28 September 2016.

Printmakers must work within a 35 mile radius of Cambridge and the deadline for submissions is 31 January 2016.

The exhibition will take place at the historic Pitt Building and will include talks and demonstrations from renowned printmakers including Angie Lewin, Neil Bousfield, Julia McKenzie, Véronique Chance and Dale Devereux Barker.

How do I submit?

Artists are invited to submit three recent works and a 200-word synopsis for selection by an external selection panel by 31 January 2016.
