Very bad communication plus both attempts at framing (included in the listing) terrible as the paper slides around beneath the glass & thus I have to have them reframed. The latter I communicated to the seller with no response. Not a good experience all round

I've never had a prior issue or complaint about my frames. The buyer was quite rude in her email, which didn't solicit a response. Also said only one of the frames was defective. Every other transaction I've had has gone perfectly.
