I am an artist who loves her work and who perseveres in doing it with quality and dedication. The images in my work speak of my experiences, of what is important to me. The topics they address are self-referential as well as biblical topics. My art work transits between painting in various techniques and artist books.

I use images of my environment, readings, concepts and ideas that shape my plastic discourse. My creative process is methodical and rational, although it does not lack the playful and intuitive aspect. I like to investigate the subject going in a thorough and disciplined way, the reference document and the process of each piece.

I want my work to be consistent and clear, to serve as an element of reflection for observation, to coherently express my concerns and thoughts.

Soy una artista que ama su trabajo y que persevera en hacerlo con calidad y dedicación. Las imágenes de mi obra hablan de mis vivencias, de lo que es importante para mí. Los temas que abordan son auto referenciales además de temas bíblicos. Mi trabajo de arte transita entre la pintura en diversas técnicas y los libros de artista.

Me sirvo de imágenes de mi entorno, lecturas, conceptos e ideas que dan forma a mi discurso plástico. Mi proceso creativo es metódico y racional, aunque no le falta el aspecto lúdico e intuitivo. Me gusta investigar el tema que va a una manera minuciosa y disciplinada, el documento de referencia y el proceso de cada pieza.

Quiero que mi obra sea consistente y clara, que sirva como elemento de reflexión para la observación, que exprese de manera coherente mis inquietudes y pensamientos.
