Never received this artwork.....Dec 9 was the appointed delivery date. Artist contacted me to check on delivery..... the reported delivery was never made. Shipping history shows that it is still in Spain???? Please advise.....

Customer received the painting in January (delayed) due to the high volume of shippings sent during Christmas times.
