Thank you Elvira for creating this beautiful oil painting of your golden retriever puppy. Every time I look at this painting, the artwork brings me a lot of joy, hope and happiness. My overall experience with Elvira has been great. Elvira was very clear about how and when the artwork would be shipped overseas. I am very appreciative that Elvira kept me informed throughout the delivery process and she very kindly provided me with a tracking number so I could track my parcel once the artwork had been dispatched. When the parcel had arrived, I was very pleased with the how much care and effort was put into safely packaging the parcel. The packaging was second to none. Elvira went above and beyond what I was expecting. I cannot say thank you enough. The bubble wrap, the tissue paper, the safety and security of the artwork was faultless. Furthermore, Elvira included in the packaging a certificate of authenticity regarding her painting and the dates that the painting was created. Thank you for including this in the packaging, Elvira. The certificate was a beautiful addition to an already beautiful painting. I felt quite touched and overwhelmed that Elvira went that extra mile to include the certificate because it was an unexpected magical surprise. The images and description provided in the artwork listing were true to life. Thank you Elvira for creating this truly stunning artwork of your golden retriever puppy. Hopefully in the near future, you could possibly paint your golden retriever in a beautiful landscape setting. We love these two paintings by Elvira Sultanova. This was our first purchase through Artfinder and I confess I was anxious handing over so much money for paintings we hadn't seen, and which were to be dispatched from the Russian Federation. We shouldn't have been worried - the service and communications were all excellent and the paintings arrived promptly and very carefully packaged. We've just had them reframed and hung in our new home, and they look even better than we had hoped for.
