Offering an enhanced vision of a familiar scene, in acrylic, watercolour and acrylic ink, my buildings bend over to watch the pedestrians and draw you in to their exuberant humour and highly colourful world. Sunlight or streetlight, my paintings glow with busy life and fun, with locals, students and tourists, bicycles and cars, with a strong sense of the human form, and architectural perspective. My favourite artists are Picasso, Stanley Spencer, Psillos, Michaelopoulos, Toulouse Lautrec, Gauguin, Michelangelo, Howard Hodgkin, Lucian Freud, Caravaggio and Tamara de Lempicka.
