If we don't control the monkey, we will find ourselves with a crazy mind, unable to concentrate on a single thought but always on the move and without the possibility of becoming aware of any aspect of life. Thus, focusing on what makes us happy is impossible. The first step, therefore, is to try to strip the mind of everything that torments it and focus on positive thoughts. Let's get rid of the monkey🙏
