About Tanya Lytko

I am Tanya Lytko, a contemporary Ukrainian artist, born in 1986 in the Odessa region. I have been working in the style of abstraction, abstract expressionism since 2013. In 2024, due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, after much depression, fear and efforts to help my country, I still dared to move to the city of Annecy, France, where I now work and live. My works are kept in private collections in Ukraine, EU countries and the USA. A riot of colors, broken lines, silhouettes, pencil labyrinths - this is a magical world that captivates you at first sight. The beauty of abstractions is that every time you see something new in the picture - it all depends on your mood, impressions, thoughts. I create these paintings, rich in colors, emotions and meanings. “I am an idealist and I want to see the world clean and unspoiled, like a new white canvas!!! But the world is different and the spectrum of the colors of life is fascinating... holding my breath on purity, inhaling deeply, I pass this spectrum through myself and exhaling, I write my new good story with the hope for the Best!!!
