About Spiros Politis

I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years in London. My work has been awarded some of the highest accolades in the industry across Europe, UK and USA. Some of my portraits are in the National Portrait Gallery's collection, including photos of Daniel Craig and Ricky Gervais, and I was awarded the Gold medal at the 2019 Association of Photographers Award for my portrait of Royal Ballet ballerina Yasmine Naghdi. Apart from portraiture my main interest in my personal work has however always been the body. A subject I have been dealing with for the last 10 years especially, and which has also brought me accolades. Most of my work is about ideas, about concepts and form and has been welcomed into many a home and office space for its decorative and pictorial qualities.
