  • Biography

    Kinga Chrzaszczewska A.K.A. Kinia Kik is a Warsawvian painter who has lived in London and Southern England since 1995. Her work is her expression of her intuitive self and is born out of both her dreams and her emotional response to the world. She is a “woman who runs with the wolves” driven by spiritual intrigue into the wildness of being, the folk, the carnival, the dream. She responds with colour, shape, tone and texture including collage. In her work is emotion, is seriousness, is playfulness. There are rich layers of symbolism and of reactions to experiences felt and to feelings experienced.

     Kinia Kik is a professional award-winning visual Polish - Warsavian artist, who has lived in UK simnce 1995

    In 2006 she completed BA Honorus Degree in Mixed Media Fine Art 2;1

    and since 2006 Kinia Kik has continued to pursue her professional commitments as a self-employed Artist.

    For several years she runs art club called the “Parrot Art Room” where she conducted art workshops in both English and Polish.

    For a year Kinga delivered Art Therapy workshops within the Learning Support Unit at the London Academy in Edgware. Then she moved to Poland for 5 years before she come back to UK again.

    In 2007she was offered a job as an Art Teacher for children aged 3-8 in the British School in Warsaw. For two years she taught Art .

    In 2010 in Poland, Kinga was honoured with 1st place at Festival of Fine Arts Workshops at “Wolski Days of Inspiration”by Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
