I have to say, I was really looking forward to hanging up this piece in my room. After purchasing online, I didn't get any acknowledgement that my order had been received. I reached out after a few days to ensure that everything went through okay. It took Felicity 2 weeks to email me confirmation that she had received the payment, at which time she promised she would send out the product in the next week. She was very nice in her email correspondence. A week later I got confirmation the order had shipped. It arrived much earlier than the tracking info indicated it would. The work was packaged very thoroughly, wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard and taped together very tightly. Despite this, it was obvious that the corner of the piece (painted on wood) was for lack of a better word, crunched. The shipping material appeared to be in tip top shape, it didn't look stressed at all, so I would be surprised if the damage had occurred in transit. As such I can only assume that it was originally "crunched" in this manner prior to transit, yet no description of this was made in the details of the piece. Here on the Artfinder page, there is only one picture of the work, and it is certainly not evident in that picture either. While this piece was not terribly expensive, I feel that any imperfections or damage should be disclosed before buyers make the decision to purchase, spend their hard earned money, and then wait weeks for the art to arrive.

I am very sorry that I have caused any disappointment. I apologise for the delay in responding. At the time I could not access my emails due to technical and geographical difficulties. As for the condition of the painting, unfortunately, I was not aware of it. I asked my parents to pack and send it as it was with them. I am sorry that I did not fully ascertain the condition of the painting before it was sent. I hope to perform better in the future, Felicity Bergstrom
