An art student currently studying at UAL(University of the Arts London world ranking 2nd in fine art). My works are usually explorations of what art is, finding my identity as a young artist. It seems that Western artists have a fear of things that are orderly and conforming to the rules, just like the rejection of disorder and chaos in East Asian culture. I find that in the eyes of many artists from lower classes art must be rebellious. What we have to be wary of is that these thoughts that threaten the purity of art is  widely spread among artists and occupy the mainstream voice. I question if this situation continues, would art degenerates to tools on social media to manipulate public opinion?
