In my artistic research, I have always plumbed the landscape as an expressive form of myself.
"It is the atmosphere that immediately and spontaneously strikes the beholder...
...so that on the work you can read the day and the season not only by the colour and the light.
You must feel in the work the smell of the earth, the dampness of fog, the chill of frost...
...you must catch the mood, hear the music, taste the flavour.
