Biography
As a collage artist I specialise in creating unique pictures of buildings and landscapes.
Before I individually handmake each picture in my home studio, I spend a period of time researching the subject to discover interesting information that is unique to the image.
I then source a variety of collage materials to use in the artwork that reflects my findings.
These can be old maps, dates, stamps, song sheets, historical text & other paper ephemera to make artwork that draws the viewer in and immerses them in both the history and beauty of the image.
"Collage is like a hall of mirrors. Every direction you look, you see something different and visually stimulating" (Nita Leland)
Thanks for looking at my artwork, if you have any questions please contact me.
