My art just arrived and I’m beyond thrilled. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition and I cannot wait to install it. Roy’s work looked great in the photos and it is even better in person. Great texture and rich colors. It’s a very special piece and it will be cherished!

This my second painting from the artist and is just as beautiful as the other I purchased. I highly recommend his work.

This is an absolutely wonderful painting and is even more beautiful in person. The wide, thick brushstrokes add more depth and dimension than is appreciated when viewing on a monitor. "Calm Pasture" is an appropriate name because the painting invokes feelings of happiness and peace. I can't wait to hang it!

Roy was also gracious enough to ship the painting right away so it would arrive in time to give to my friend who was leaving. Both my friend and I love the painting!

This painting was significantly smaller than advertised. We like it but extremely disappointed with the size.

I'm so sorry to hear you are disappointed about the size! I looked at the listing and somehow artfinder translated the inch units into centimeters (30 inches to 76.2) but never changed the unit label next to it. I'll be checking with artfinder to see if this is a glitch. I'm glad you like the painting but am sorry for the confusion. I'm crestfallen, and don't know what went wrong.

I have purchased 4 of Roy Featherstone's paintings, two each in similar colors. They hang together in two pairs in my bedroom. I have painted all of the edges the same rich deep purplish brown color, which really sets them off. I am a landscape designer and have to say that I enjoy viewing them every day; they have a wonderful mix of abstraction and realism and make me really feel the "weather" and "season" portrayed in each of them. I also love his technique of using palette knives - and plenty of paint.
