About Helen Bridges

  • Biography
Helen Bridges is an artist/designer who works predominantly in screen printing. Taking inspiration from the everyday, she tends to celebrate specific areas with drawings, photographs and collages. Her subtle use of text and image lend itself to beautifully considered prints building up layers of colour.
More recently Helen has got involved in designing murals printed on wallpaper and window graphics for hospitals, schools and commercial businesses. These have varied from city locations, playful typographical designs, colourful geometric drawings and delicate botanical images. It which ever why she works, colour is always at the forefront and multiple layers of interest.
