This drawing is based on a photo I took during a Safari in South Africa.

I like simple, effective, straight to the point approach to my art, with clear lines. I draw/paint in a realistic way with a touch of graphic novels style. I like bright colors in my oil paintings and softer, monochromatic expression in my drawings.
The subject is usually women, nature and wildlife. I combine different images to create a unique vision of a thought, event or feeling.

I love drawing with graphite as its simplicity allows to convey emotions and capture particular moments in a way I cannot find in other mediums. The result is soft and calm but can have a touch of drama if I want to.
