Original artwork description:

My work uses watercolor to capture the Yunquera de Henares train station in an impressionist style, weaving light and color to reflect the transience and dynamism of the place. I seek to evoke nostalgia and serenity, inviting reflection on travel and memories. This piece carries the essence of fleeting moments and constant movement, illuminating any space with its energy and living history. I painted it in situ, outdoors, on the other side of the tracks on the morning of September 28, 2024, it was a splendid day although a little cool; crossing the train tracks loaded with the material was quite an adventure, but it was even more so when the trains passed by me, trains that did not stop and passed at speeds of over 120 km/hour, .... I had to hold the easel with the canvas so that it did not fly away along with the rest of the materials such as brushes, papers, glasses of water. The result for me was very satisfactory.
