In this painting I explore the idea of "overall" design--a pattern that skims the whole surface of the canvas, seeming almost random, until you look more closely. You'll see the pattern is not random, that you are drawn in first here, then there, as the individual color stories come together to make the whole.
This is an original painting on stretched canvas, with the image continuing around the 1.5" sides so that no frame is required. It comes with picture wire, ready to hang.
