Original artwork description:

Gold gouache embellishes this drawing of a calm woman with closed eyes, white hair flowing.
I've used Conte pencil, white watercolour pencil, Winsor & Newton warm gold gouache, then to finish off, a dash or two of turquoise and white chalk pastel - all on grey handmade paper.
My last three paintings are titled or subtitled "The Way You Make Me Feel" so this one can be part of the series too!
In a few of the photographs, I've tried to show the shininess of the warm gold.

This is my very favourite paper - it's a 100% cotton rag, handmade in India, naturally dyed this subtle shade of grey.

Available unframed.
The paper size is approx 12 x 12" ... with a deckle edge which could be made a feature of at the time of framing. A good framer will advise.
One of the phots shows the painting against an antique frame on my mantlepiece.
