I painted this 24x18'' oil on canvas near Sledmere in the Yorkshire Wolds. It was a good day for clouds.
It's unframed but painted round the edge and D-rings are attached so it is ready to hang.
I am a plein-air painter - I paint outside, directly in front of the subject. This, I think, gives my work a vibrancy and life sadly lacking in much of studio painting.
