Original artwork description:

Christmas 2024 and York Minster on a cold clear evening. Strings of twingling lights adorn the trees outside and a warm glow shines from the entrances.
The sky was blue but the sun had already disappeared behind the horizon. A few people were still out shopping at the Christmas markets and the hotel on the corner looked cosy and inviting.
This painting is from my own photo taken December 2024. I loved the colours of the scene - pinks and purples with the clear blue of the sky acting as the perfect foil to the outline of the Minster.
The painting is supplied rolled in a tube.
