As a young woman, I felt insecure about my day to day. I looked towards others so that I could feel okay about myself. I searched for those nods of approval from my friends, my family, even strangers. But then one day, it happened: without even thinking about it, I just started to not care about others’ opinions as much. When that happened, it changed my life, which became so filled with joy!
