Original artwork description:

Title: Yama Lake.
Autor: Victor Onyshchenko.
Country: Ukraine.
Size: 60x80 cm / 23.5x31.5 in.
Materials used: Oil on canvas.
Style: Impressionism.

This etude was painted in nature in the fall of 2021. Yama Lake located next to the bridge over the Desna River, at the exit from the city of Chernigov. A warm autumn day attracted me with its soft color. I remember that painting this work was easy and pleasant. The landscape is made in an impressionist style. A large old tree growing near the water contrasts with the soft, sunlit trees in the background.

Materials used:

Oil on canvas
