The remains of the 1st WW German destroyer the B98 lies on a beach on the East side of Sanday in Orkney. It came to rest there during a SE storm when it's tow rope parted and, because of the weather, the crew were unable to secure the line once more. It is the last vessel still in existence that took part in the Battle of Jutland.
