Original artwork description:

I have taken my inspiration for this painting from many walks along paths through the woods, but most recently a wonderful amount of walking in this type of landscape in the beautiful Lake District. The impact of the landscape there really did leave a huge impression and I have spent my time since returning to Sussex putting some of what I feel about the place onto canvas. There will be more where this one came from!
Painted on a stretched box canvas with the edges painted white, this painting can be displayed as it is, or if you prefer you can add wire to hang it from, or a frame if that is your preferred way of displaying it.
