This piece was inspired by the family of woodpeckers that visit my garden everyday to eat our peanuts! It was drawn with the help of Lee Amery's reference photo, adapted to match our previously drawn Kingfisher (see our shop)
This piece has been created on Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton, Hot Pressed Water Colour Paper, using the very best lightfast pencils.
