Original artwork description:

Inspired by a beautiful walk through some local woods, I wanted to recreate the freshness and light of the beauty which surrounded us. A very tiny number of bluebells were beginning to appear, and the sunshine was particularly sparkling along the way. Not all the trees were totally leafy so there is a good variety of textures within their branches.

I have kept the painting light and airy to reflect the way the walk made me feel.

The piece could be displayed as it is by using the wooden stretcher which supports the canvas, or you might prefer to have it framed.

Signed on the front and varnished.
