Original artwork description:

I painted this painting in a beautiful private woodland which is just up the lane from my home in Devon. It is a favourite spot to paint during the different months of the year. It is a safe haven for deer well away from busy roads.

This painting is of the sun beginning to warm through the frost.

The oil painting is on a linen panel size 30x24cm and is framed with a wide white inner frame a soft grey outer frame. Overall size 40x34cm
