I love painting trees and especially enjoy painting them in an experimental and expressive way. This is a medium/large mixed media painting inspired by the light of a morning sunrise seen through Autumn trees, with the mist gently rising and the fiery colours just starting to glow with the promise of a warm Autumn day! Here I have used lots of layers and different mediums to give texture and depth including texture medium, inks and high quality acrylic paints. The finished painting is sealed with two coats of high quality Loxley spray varnish for ensuring the surface is archival and to give a slight lustre to the finish. Needs no framing if preferred as canvas sides are painted white, but could be enhanced by a nice frame..

All my pictures are signed originals and will be sent to you carefully wrapped and insured during transit. My paintings have been purchased by buyers all around the world, including Australia, USA and France.
