A picturesque painting of a lake or loch surrounded by woodland trees with rugged mountain peaks in the distance. In this atmospheric scene I have tried to convey the mood of a windy summer day with the wind blowing over the water of the lake and swift passing clouds in the sky.
Painted in muted minimalist blue grey colours in a modern contemporary semi abstract impressionist style.

Painted using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
