Original artwork description:

Hand-crafted wall sculpture molded with cellulose on a wooden support.
Once dry, the modeling is impregnated with epoxy resin and completely covered with 1000/1000 real silver leaf.
The patina look is obtained by oxidizing the silver leaf in chemicals.
The process gives it warm tones and turns the silver into light golden shades.
The shades change into reddish brown and in the darker spots they get the blue-green effect
of the patina look.
Each patina has a different and unique look.
Lastly a coat of satin finish varnish protects the bas-relief from dust and further oxidation.
