This painting salutes all persons (the little dots) taking to the streets to march for social justice. It has been an active year for women as we unite to bring political power to create transformative social change. The Women’s March and #Me Too movements have drawn attention to dismantling systems of oppression through nonviolent resistance and building inclusive structures guided by fairness, dignity, and respect.
