Woman on Fire, oil on canvas; It is inspired by India's mythology and Goddess Durga a fiercely righteous deity whose "vehicle" is the tiger. I used color and light to depict her violent power. The roaring tiger complements her attitude. My art is a reflection of all things going on around me. I internalize my environment and the critical elements show up in my work. These include abstracts, figurative compositions and realism.
