Original artwork description:

I painted this piece from a reference photo that I took on a beach in Italy. I just love the sense of honesty, calm and ease between the two wonderful women. My paintings are inspired by human emotion, I really felt that the connection between these two women deserved to be painted on a sheer white background, for me this heightens the sense that they could be anywhere. They're together and so therefore they're ok.
