Painted for an upcoming exhibition in December 2024, I considered the possibility of a chilly winter!

Using cool whites and touches of warm autumnal remnants, the painting draws the eye to a distance that prompted a friend to say he'd been there, Antarctica!! Well all my paintings are designed to speak to viewers in a unique way, but I promised him, I'd never been to Antarctica! Perhaps it is a distant memory of Alaska.
