Inspired by the colours of winter, a downland landscape capturing the South Downs in the winter sunlight.

From my series of 'Framescapes', paintings with an integral painted frame, inspired by the natural beauty of Sussex, its downland, forests and coastline.

Painted using lightfast India inks onto a primed wood base and integral frame.

Title, date and signature on the back. Fitted with 2 x metal D-rings and ready to hang.
