This UNFRAMED oil painting is produced on a large 36x24 stretched canvas. It is inspired by a photo I saw of the historic Christian Church in Kirksville Kentucky. I painted this one in the "Folk Art" style that is popular among many Kentucky Artisans. The dark snow scenes brought back memories of my childhood when I lived in Alaska... were nights were 23 hours long. I love being in the night snow. The light has an eerie peacefulness to it.

Although this painting is sold UNFRAMED, I have included a few pictures in the album of it framed with in several different types of frames, as well as a conceptual pic in a white frame. This will give you a better idea what it will look like when you have it framed and hanging on a wall.
