A landscape I see every day although the light effect in this painting was fleeting and in the winter. Drawn from life through a window and painted with some added strong colour to create drama!
The landscape is situated in the beautiful Black Isle in the Scottish Islands close to where I live. Evocative of the rolling hills and the natural stone walls and rural beauty of the area.
