Original artwork description:

The road outside my house was frozen, so I walked along the lane to this spot where I could look up towards Riddlesdown - my local downland and painted this small oil using a pochade box clipped to an old camera tripod. Aiming to capture the cold day with the strong shadows on the hillside. As I painted, several dog walkers came along the road or headed up the footpath on the right hand side onto the top of the downs. I love adding life to my works, so I popped them in as they walked past me.

This is an original oil painting supplied ready for you to frame. Signed on the front with my trade-mark North Down Studio stamp on the back and an accompanying signed certificate of authenticity.
