This is an original oil painting on a 61 x 61 cm fiberboard.

The painting is sold framed. Ready to hang. Signed and dated on the front and back of the painting.

This work was done under the impression of a long winter trip. Outside the window, the landscape was changing rapidly, I tried to capture the movement, the main spots and shapes.
The main expressive means are minimalistic forms and monochrome colors. Dark trees dissolve against the sky, recede into the distance. The contrast of trees with white sparkling snow forms the basis of the picture. This contrast creates a tense and poignant sensation.

The work took part in The Regional Youth Exhibition in Voronezh, December 2021.
