I have friends who love to ski. On one of their trips this year they photographed a winter landscape that made me think about changing up some of my painting techniques. I am not a watercolorist and this landscape begs for watercolor, so I tried to create something that is true to the landscape without being over done, glazing and pin point brush work. I hope you enjoy this. It was fun to do and opens doors to new and different works.

Canvas on wood stretchers, acrylic paint and ink, gell varnish
