Artwork description:

This is quite a subtle print inspired by Japanese printmaking. The image is inspired by a view from the foot of Hound Tor looking across to Haytor just visible in the distance. There's a sense of stillness to the whole image despite the passing birds and the frozen dynamism of the tree.

Mainly reduction print with birds added from a second block.
Edition of 12 prints.

Printed on Zerkall 145g paper using oil-based inks.

Prior to despatch the print will be backed with card, cello wrapped and securely packaged with cardboard.
