This lovely minimalistic watercolor painting is about the special frosty atmosphere of crispy ice cold winter days. I often try to find out how little we need in a painting to transport all there is to know.

I love small art as it transports a lot and you have to study it carefully. It´s easy to be impressed by big art but small art needs concentration.
Also, it looks great to hang small works as a series.

Watermarks and lines, scratches and other watercolor effects are important to my work and keep fascinating me.

On Paper total size with mat 21x21 cm, the artwork part shown in the mat is12x12 cm. Comes with mat but unframed. Ready to be put in any standard 21x21 cm frame. Of course you can easily change the mat into any other size, it will also look great with a bigger mat (square as well standard sizes) as long as the part for the artwork remains 12x12 cm. Ask me if you need help with this.
