Abstract impressionist landscape painting.

A painting inspired by big skies and Camber Sands beach. I spend time often as it’s a local beach. It's stunningly beautiful, with amazing walks along the coast paths that hug the sea. This painting is inspired by that, and the skies in particular which have so much light and subtle colour in them.

I use top quality Golden acrylics, and spend time layering the canvas with many shades of paint, flicking, using a palette knife, brushes rags and allowing paint to drip down the canvas in order to create a rich textured paint surface.

This 75x75cm landscape painting is unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
