This X large, panoramic, impressionistic painting is of a landscape in winter, when its cold, damp, frosty, icy and the occasional snow. Quite often here in the UK, these conditions means wearing good warm coats, hats and boots, as the humidity makes the cold very penetrating, unlike in the Alps when the snow is lying and the temperatures are low.
Mixed media used to create plenty of different textural effects painted on linen canvas
