Using complementary colours, texture and different finishes, the contemplative angelic figure in Winged Wilderness and her elongated wings forms a graphic shape on the canvas. The use of stamped grids and texture gives the painting a contemporary and grungy feel. The painting is created on board and float framed in painted wood. Paul continues to explore the angelic fuigures in his work.
