Windy day at sea. A tough knife palette and a rich blue and white palette bring out the energy of the ocean. Part of an ongoing series of seascapes. The picture has good spatial quality and the colors make children happy. Oil painting on linen canvas. It's varnished. Artist's signature, sides painted over. Suspension ready. When traveling, I study a lot of the sea and ocean. Then in the studio I again plunge into a state of admiration for the sea elements and paint with oil on linen canvas in large sizes.
