Artwork description:

This print was inspired by a windswept thorn tree growing on the moor just above Sticklepath. It grows on a steep hillside at the end of a favourite circular walk that takes in Taw Marsh, Steeper Tor and breathtaking panoramic views of the moor.

This is a two block print, the sky and landscape created using the reduction technique which means the block was gradually destroyed with each stage of the process.

Small edition of 11.
Printed on Somerset Satin 250g paper using oil-based inks.

Prior to shipping the print will be backed with card, wrapped in biodegradable cellophane and securely packaged with cardboard.

Materials used:

Somerset Satin 250g paper and oil-based inks
